General Provisions

1.1 Acceptance of Agreement

By registering on the bdkb platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.2 Definitions

The meanings of some key terms used in this document are clarified below:

• "Platform" refers to the bdkb website and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to anyone who has created an account or is using the platform.
• "Services" refers to betting, casino games, live games, and other services available on the platform.
• "Taka" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

1.3 Changes to Terms

bdkb reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to visit this page regularly.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

bdkb services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. When opening an account, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Opening an account by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon detection.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same individual or the same device attempts to open multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended or terminated and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. If your information changes, please notify the bdkb support team as soon as possible.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

Three payment methods are currently supported for depositing funds on the bdkb platform: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Applicable mobile banking fees may apply at the time of deposit.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from an account is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

• Withdrawals will be sent to the same mobile banking account used to make the deposit.
• bdkb may request additional documents for verification purposes.
• bdkb reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

3.3 Currency

All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdkb offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from the welcome bonus, wagering requirements must be met. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to both the deposit and the bonus.

• Wagering multiplier: 20x.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of the bonus system is proven — through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other means — the bonus and any bonus-related winnings may be cancelled from the associated account.

4.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, bdkb may launch additional promotional offers. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on that promotion's page.

VIP Program

5.1 Cashback Structure

The bdkb VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

5.2 Tier Changes

VIP tiers change based on activity and contribution to the platform. Regular and active users have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers. bdkb reserves the right to change the detailed terms of the VIP program.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdkb platform:

6.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated methods.
• Attempting to interfere with game outcomes in any way.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.

6.2 Financial Abuse

• Using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• Using unauthorized or stolen payment methods.
• Fraudulent attempts to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals.

6.3 Preventive Measures

If any of the above activities are detected, bdkb may suspend or terminate the account without prior notice and forfeit all balances in the account. Relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

Betting & Gaming General Rules

7.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be withdrawn or changed. Please double-check before placing a bet. If a bet is placed incorrectly due to a technical error, bdkb reserves the right to void it.

7.2 Game Services

bdkb works with various third-party game providers, such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Each game's own payout rules apply.

7.3 Disruptions & Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to server outages, internet connection issues, or other technical reasons, bdkb will settle it according to specific rules. In such cases, bdkb's decision is final.

7.4 Maximum Win Limits

bdkb reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings per single event for specific games or bets. This information will be available on the relevant game or event's detail page.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content displayed on the bdkb platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the intellectual property and ownership of bdkb or its licensors. These may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in any way beyond personal, non-commercial use.

8.2 Usage Restrictions

Using, reselling, or distributing the platform's content or functionality for any commercial purpose is prohibited. Reproducing or scraping any part of this platform without prior written permission from bdkb is not permitted.

Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 Personal Information

9.2 SSL Encryption

All data transmission on the platform is secured through SSL encryption. bdkb will never ask for your full password via phone, email, or chat.

Responsible Gambling

bdkb is not responsible in any way for financial losses a member incurs as a result of losing bets. Members use the platform with awareness of their own risk.

11.3 Third-Party Content

The bdkb platform may contain content from third-party game providers. bdkb makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or availability of this content.

Account Closure & Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

Any member may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance before account closure will be returned subject to fulfillment of withdrawal conditions.

12.2 Closure by bdkb

In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions, bdkb may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, the account balance may be forfeited.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

bdkb follows a specific policy regarding the balance of accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. An administrative fee may apply to your account if it remains inactive — contact the support team for details.

Dispute Resolution

13.1 Complaint Process

For any dispute or complaint, first contact the support team at [email protected] or through live chat. bdkb's support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English and is available 24/7.

13.2 Final Decision

In the event of a dispute, the decision of bdkb's authority will be considered final, unless the relevant party raises an objection through the applicable legal process. All logs, records, and information are taken into account when making a decision.

Applicable Law & Miscellaneous

14.1 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable law of the entity operating bdkb. Any legal dispute may be submitted to the relevant authority.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. The invalid provision will be adjusted with minimal changes to align with its original intent.

14.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together constitute the entire agreement between bdkb and the member. No prior oral or written agreements outside of these shall apply.
